Volunteers play the roles of merchants in Mad City, selling goods and services the participants will need to purchase during the event. Of course, it's all pretend, but it serves as a simulation for real life.
When you join our roster, we'll contact you via email when new events are scheduled near you. You simply reply to let us know if you are available and would like to help.

Preparing for your volunteer role is simple. Once you sign up for a specific event date, you'll receive a merchant assignment, along with detailed instructions & a short training video, 7-10 days before the event. All you need to do is review the instructions, watch the video, and come to the event. We'll provide your supplies and assistance throughout the event.
