The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM PST on May 3, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on Sunday, May 8, 2022. To participate, contestants must publish a nomination including the name of an active teacher working at a public or private pre-school, elementary school, middle school, high school, or college in Los Angeles, the Greater Los Angeles area, Ontario, California and its surrounding cities, Las Vegas, Nevada, Henderson, Nevada, or areas that the CFE serves, and the name of the school to the one “#ThankATeacher” post published by the CFE on its official Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. Submissions must be published before 11:59 PM PST on May 8, 2022.

 

There are four ways to enter. 1) Respond during the Sweepstakes period on the CFE’s official Facebook page by replying to the “#ThankATeacher” post. 2) Respond during the Sweepstakes period on the CFE’s official Twitter page by replying to the “#ThankATeacher” tweet. 3) Respond during the Sweepstakes period on the CFE’s official Instagram page by replying to the “#ThankATeacher” post. 4) Respond during the Sweepstakes period on the CFE’s official LinkedIn page by replying to the “#ThankATeacher” post. Private accounts or replies that are unable to be viewed by the CFE’s official social media platforms are not eligible for consideration. Contestants are limited to one entry per post, per unique user/person through the social media channels indicated. Drawing will be held within 2 weeks following the Sweepstakes period from all qualified entries during the Sweepstakes period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.

 

Prizes will be awarded as follows: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the social media entries of the Sweepstakes to have the teacher they nominated win a $100 Amazon Gift Card from the CFE. A total of one (1) prize will be awarded. The CFE will not be responsible for any lost or stolen prizes. Winner need not be present to win, and will be notified by social media, telephone, mail, and/or email, and will be publicly announced within three weeks on the CFE’s official Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts/pages. Once awarded, the CFE assumes no liability or responsibility for the prize. By entering the drawing, participant agrees to have his or her name and/or photo appear in the CFE’s newsletter, emails, social media, and/or website. To qualify, all entrants must be 14 years of age or older and be a follower on the official social media platform they respond with a nomination on, and the teacher nominated must be an active teacher working at a public or private pre-school, elementary school, middle school, high school, or college in Los Angeles, the Greater Los Angeles area, Ontario, California and its surrounding cities, Las Vegas, Nevada, Henderson, Nevada, or areas that the CFE serves. Purchase does not improve an individual’s chance of winning. Use of multiple social media accounts within each of the CFE official social media channels will be ineligible.
